creative + Professional + Audience Development
For ARTISTS & ARTS LEADERS
new works director @
the national alliance for musical theatre
As New Works Director for the National Alliance for Musical Theatre, the focus is on amplifying new voices in musical theatre and driving cultural impact through innovative and useful programs. We look closely at the nexus of creative process, audience awareness and professional development for writers and arts administrators, so NAMT initiatives—from the Festival of New Musicals to the Frank Young Fund for New Musicals to submission coaching and mentorship with the Musical Theater Songwriting Challenge for High School Students—expand the reach of new works and empower arts professionals to thrive. Each program serves as a platform to connect artists and art makers, fostering engagement that strengthens the future of music and theatre.
vision to visibility
Creative Strategy
elevating arts workers into the mainstream
I’m interested in the broader appeal of our art, and making sure that resonates through a greater sense of pop culture. Through audience-responsive initiatives and strategic visibility, I seek pathways that get artists in front of the right people and keep them top-of-mind. My focus is on reach that matters and becomes part of everyday life—connecting audiences to the work in ways that are entertaining and inventive. I’m into meaningful engagement—making sure every project goes beyond initial buzz to create sustained visibility. Whether it’s a data-driven launch, an artist-centered campaign or live production, we make sure it hits hard, builds momentum and turns visibility into true influence.
FROM Concept to culture-shift
Driving world-class events & Programs
Competing in today’s arts landscape demands flexibility, foresight and fortitude. I drive programs that create conversation while elevating voices. My hope is to set new standards and inspire models for new works development to share around the world. I specialize in high-impact events and cultural programming that put artists & administrators on the map by leveraging resources to create more opportunity and move the work forward. From national festivals to hybrid online educational events, my teams design experiences that feel of this moment and create entertainment touchstones critical to building audience relationships, extend artists’ reach, and build influence that sticks.
